Day (ski) tripping – Mont Ste Marie

Although my family did not end up booking a last minute ski holiday after all, we took full advantage of a day trip to Mont Ste Marie for some spring skiing. And I’m not just saying that – it was, in fact, the first day of spring! Sometimes even a day trip can be just enough of a pick-me-up as a weekend away.

A Camping We Will Go!

The wheels are in motion for our annual camping trips with friends. At least twice a summer, we sleep under the stars at one of the many parks/campgrounds that dot the Canadian landscape. This year we will try a new-to-us Ontario Provincial Park and return to a very familiar campground that we have really come to love.
